The philanthropic arm of Phoenix Capital Solutions
Opening doors to what comes next.
Meridian Impact Foundation invests in people and organizations at the moment they are ready to grow. We fund education, healthcare, economic empowerment and the environment with the same care and discipline we bring to every commitment.
Home of the GIFT Program

Our mission
A meridian is the line where the sun stands highest. We exist to help good work reach that point.
Phoenix Capital Solutions created Meridian to give back with the same rigor it applies to its business. Every grant follows a clear process, every grantee is treated as a partner and every result is reported in the open.
Stewardship
We treat every dollar as one entrusted to us, because it is.
Rigor
Clear criteria, careful review and a real answer for every applicant.
Partnership
We back leaders who know their communities and we stay with them.
Transparency
We publish what we fund, why we funded it and what happened.
Focus areas
Four doors we open
We fund programs with clear goals and leaders who measure what matters.

01
Education
Tutoring, college access, workforce training and scholarships through partner schools.

02
Healthcare
Community clinics, preventive care, mental health access and early research.

03
Economic Empowerment
Small business training, financial literacy and lending through accredited partners.

04
Environment
Coastal restoration, clean water and conservation education.

How it works
Twelve weeks, four steps
A clear path from first letter to first payment, and a real answer at every step.
Weeks 1 to 2
Screening
Send a short letter of inquiry. We confirm eligibility and fit within two weeks.
Weeks 3 to 6
Diligence
Invited applicants share a full proposal, budget and financials, and we visit the program.
Weeks 7 to 9
Strategic Review
Our grants committee weighs need, team strength and measurable outcomes.
Weeks 10 to 12
Board Approval
The board votes, we sign a grant agreement and funds are released on schedule.

Our promise to grantees
We will be the kind of funder we would want to work with.

- Reporting that is simple and tied to the goals you set
- Payments on the dates we agree to
- An open door after the grant ends
